Marketing Brochure Booklet

3 Points Properties is a local property management company in Raleigh. They needed a marketing brochure booklet to showcase their key rental properties in the area. The brochure needed to reflect their brand goal and appeal to their target audience. Catering mainly to the avant-garde artistic crowd, we opted to use geometric shapes and vivid image liberally throughout the piece. The solid, bold colors against the plain, white background were meant to both grab attention and organize the brochure.
